Harry, Kay, and Joseph exceptional customer service. These guys understand the scope of practice of each position and execute to perfection. Dealing in Hospitality presentation, communication with integrity is a must have, anything else is unacceptable and shouldn't be tolerated.
Cassy helped us out a ton. I’m loving her here at red roof inn! Kay was also a delight. Impeccable employees with a 12/10 service attitude.
If you ever come to this hotel let Mrs.Cassie at the front desk check you in. She's very sweet and very helpful. She made sure my stay was very pleasant and she made sure I had fresh coffee in the morning time. Thanks Cassie for making my stay pleasant.
Everything was fine. Didn't see any bugs, or trash. Everyone I saw was friendly and helpful. Free Wifi worked great. TV didn't have many channels, but any channels are better than none. Didn't see people just hanging around, and I had no complaints.
Surprisingly a nice place to stay, rustic but quiet, and rates are economical. It's raw reception at it's most basic...Thank you Carla and Leon.
This no frills hotel was a safe and clean place to sleep on a long road trip. Yes, there’s road noise from the highway, but I left the fan on in the bathroom after taking a long hot shower, and I slept well. I have to travel back and forth with my dog from Florida to Massachusetts and back again to help my mom with her doctor appointments. A friend recommended Red Roof as being pet friendly. I was super thankful for a place to stop over after being on the highway over 20 hours (including stops). Yes, there’s room has seen better days, but this met the need and the front desk staff was friendly. I’d definitely stay here again when I just need a quick place to sleep for the night. Thank you.
The lady that work the front Desk Mrs.Cassie was very polite and she found me a great room. The room was very clean and super spacious . The bed was comfortable. Cassie made me some fresh coffee and she’s very funny. If I could I would give her 20 stars. If you ever check in at the Red Roof ask for Cassie she’s going to make sure you’re very comfortable.
Cassie was a very helpful and informative host . Not to mention a smile that’s light the room. She reasured me of the hotel safety and cleanliness record which concerns me because of my kids whom travel with me. All and all she put my mind at total ease. I will definitely stay again . Hotel was nice as well as the night employe Cassie.
